To reserve your experience all programs require payment in full at the time of purchase.  All scheduled programs are non refundable.  Scheduled programs may be rescheduled 45 days or more prior to the program date for a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the program costUnfortunately programs cannot be rescheduled within 45 days of the program date.

We are not responsible for medical emergencies, business conflicts, canceled flights, or other unforeseen changes in your plans that prevent you from attending on the day you reserved.

Normally all programs are run regardless of weather. However, in the event of a declared rain out (subject to the discretion of your instructor) or in the event of Force Majeure we will make every effort to reschedule the event, or missed portion thereof, as conveniently as possible.

Gift Certificates are available in any amount or for a specific program.   This option allows the person being presented the gift to decide what course and/or what day they would like to participate.  Gift certificates are fully refundable within  30 days from purchase of gift certificate.  After 30 days the gift certificate is non-refundable.
